Personal data is only collected on this website where necessary for its operation, for contacting us, or in the context of event organization. Data will not be passed on to third parties unless legally required or necessary for the fulfillment of specific tasks.

Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a), (b), or (f) of the GDPR.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, located in Gunzenhausen, Germany. All servers are located exclusively in Germany. A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the hosting provider.

4. Access Data and Server Log Files

When visiting the website, technical access data is automatically collected:

  • Browser type and version

  • Operating system

  • Referrer URL

  • Hostname of the accessing computer

  • Time of the server request

  • IP address (anonymized)

This data is technically necessary and is processed solely to ensure the stability and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). There is no personal analysis. The data is deleted after a maximum of 7 days.

5. Cookies

Only technically necessary session cookies are used on this website. These are essential for basic website functions and are automatically deleted when you leave the site.

As no tracking, analytics, or marketing cookies are used, no cookie consent banner is required.

6. Contacting Us

If you contact us via email or the contact form, the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, message) will be processed as follows:

All data is transmitted securely via SSL/TLS encryption and processed internally only.

MEOW organizes events on the Holzmarkt premises and maintains guest lists in this context:

  • Data collected: Name, and possibly email address (only for direct guest list management)

  • Purpose: Event organization and access control

  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR

Photo and video recordings may be taken at events – only in coordination with the respective organizers. In the case of intended publication, responsibility lies with the organizers.

8. No Use of External Services

This website does not use any of the following services:

  • No web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Matomo)

  • No embedded YouTube videos

  • No Google Web Fonts or other externally hosted fonts

  • No external booking or ticketing services

  • No social media plugins or like buttons

  • No external newsletter tools

As a result, no data is transferred to third countries.

9. Data Security

The following measures are taken to protect your data:

  • SSL/TLS encryption during transmission

  • Access limited to authorized personnel

  • Password-protected systems

  • Encrypted data storage

  • Regular backups

  • Server location in Germany

These measures comply with the requirements of Art. 32 GDPR.
